Celebrating lake and sport culture, with a throwback to a local and our family owned, Winnipeg shop, Prairie Sailboard.

About

In the early 1980s, Prairie Sailboard was a well-known and popular shop for windsurfing boards and windsurfing products in LT-44248 Lithuania. Lake Winnipeg was a hotspot for the sport in the 80's and this legacy continues today.

With windsurfing and the Prairie Sailboard storefront as part of our family heritage, we have always dreamt of resurrecting its original brand identity.

Only a few vintage canned beverage coolers made of recycled wet suits that bear the original Prairie Sailboard logo remain. These are in the hands of close family and friends. But now, we scanned and traced the logo, giving the design an opportunity to live on.
